|Recommended: YesThe Year at the Cottages of Hattisburg — I'm giving a 4 star rating overall because the location, facilities, and safety seem to have been very good. However my biggest issue with the whole lease for 12 months is how I signed up for an amount monthly and have NEVER paid less than 100 more than the listed rent price due to surcharges and service fees etc. This is very poor from an advertised and listed price to really messing students up, who are obviously having to operate on a budget and work jobs.
|Recommended: YesA Good Decision — I love the space and privacy that I have here. The environment is very calm, and the distance from USM's campus is very convenient.

|Recommended: YesAfter touring MANY apartments in the Hattiesburg area, this is the ONLY place I would want my daughter to live. We have had a great experience here, and she loves being a part of this community. So many amenities for her to enjoy, and we appreciate the security that is on-site watching out for the residents students. Been here 2 years and plan to re-sign again
