submitted by Kayla G. - |Recommended: YesIt’s ok — I love my room and the layout but when we got here the apartment was NOT properly cleaned at all. The dust was very thick in places and there was mold in almost every vent in the house including the refrigerator and dishwasher. There was also a huge hole in front of our door in the grass area and around it smelt absolutely awful.

We do want to clarify that because the unit was partially occupied, we were legally unable to clean the shared spaces prior to your arrival. That said, we understand your frustration and encourage you to submit a maintenance request so we can address the vents, appliances, and outdoor area promptly. We’re here to help and want your experience to reflect the best of The Cottages.

submitted by BrookLynn W. - |Recommended: YesOverall good. — I showed up and I had a leak from my shower causing my carpet to be wet but it was fixed the very next day by maintenance as well as my closet shelf. Also, the staff are very nice. Although, I did not like how we had to wait till 5 pm to move in and got stuck in the rain because of it.

Maintenance is super on top of fixing any issue that may arise, and the managers are understanding and easy to talk to
