|Recommended: YesThe best place to live — Love living at the Cottages, they take care of their residents so well. The only thing to complain about are the overages prices. Except for that I love it here

If you feel something is working inefficiently, our maintenance team would be happy to check it out! Just put in a work order at your convenience.

Marks on the wall won't come off, wish we had a common bathroom for people to use, and wish people would pick up their dog poop Other than that I recommend living here.

|Recommended: YesGreat place for my first apartment — Browsing for apartments as a college student can be tricky but I had always heard of this place so I decided to check it out. The staff is friendly and understandable of those who are a bit unfamiliar with the idea of renting a place instead of just having a dorm. The grounds itself looks beautiful and was a nice surprise for something like a college apartment. I am enjoying my time here so far and I hope to enjoy it for the rest of the year.
