|Recommended: YesAbsolutely LOVE The Cottages — This community feels like a home away from home. It feels like someone is giving you a big ol hug if that makes sense. Everyone from the office staff to maintenance to the residents are extremely friendly and always willing to help out.

|Recommended: YesGreat place to live I have definitely grown closer to my roommates here through bonding and different promotions events that the cottages provides. It is a wonderful and great community. I plan to live here for the rest of my college years, due to the great staff, houses, and safe community. The cottages are not like anywhere else I have lived and I am truly blessed to call this place my home

|Recommended: YesThe best place to live — Love living at the Cottages, they take care of their residents so well. The only thing to complain about are the overages prices. Except for that I love it here
Alexandra, thank you for the kind review. We do not have overages, we bill back the entire utility bill equally among all roommates. If you feel something is working inefficiently, our maintenance team would be happy to check it out! Just put in a work order at your convenience.
