I really love the floor plans and the way it is set up because it is so nice to have your own space versus a normal apartment with floor levels. |Recommended: YesVery quiet and cozy. Everybody minds their business and keep it cordial. — It's inexpensive and pretty easy to get into. The staff is cool and pretty understanding. Very considerate of college students and meeting certain demands.

|Recommended: NoIt's nice here, just empty and awkward. — I like it, but I wish if anything that when you signed up to not have furniture in an apartment with unknown roommates that they would furnish the main living area. It's just so empty and no one want's to bring anything since we don't know each other and I don't want them to mess up my furniture. One of my roommates smokes and drinks a lot and has random girls over, it's awkward to walk in to some random person cooking food and they don't even live here. None of my roommates ever talk to me, and when I try to talk to them they either ignore me or use as few words as possible to keep from actually having to talk to me. I'm also the only person that keeps this house clean, i do all the sweeping, vacuuming, cleaning the kitchen and emptying out the dryer lint by myself even though 3 other people use those areas. The floors are very scuffed downstairs from the decade and a half that they've been used, and the carpet in the hall upstairs and on the stairs is definitely showing its age. My room and bathroom are very nice though, I keep them clean as well. Not to mention the community itself seems really nice to me.
